Free Khloe is a triptych depicting a moment of from the television series Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which follows five young women as they experience the majority of their lives recorded and broadcast to the world while amassing enormous wealth, fame, and influence.

The work explores the tension between the pressure to perform (the physical body as a subject of involuntary visibility) and the digital, recursive image of the selfie as a mediated presentation of the gaze. Here, the selfie is a method for the subject to produce her own image, rather than a submissive subject of the camera gaze. and broadcast to the world while amassing enormous wealth, fame, and influence.
